Received a PRIORITY MAIL ENVELOPE containing a "check" for $1793.62. Included is a piece of paper that says "WHOLE FOODS MARKET CUSTOMER SERVICE EVALUATION ASSIGNMENT" and then proceeds to mention "The check included in this letter represents $1793.62 that covers the assignment bills, evaluation costs and your survey service commission payment of $450. And set aside $43.62 for your gas expenses fee for driving to the Store.". There's contact information and essentially the instructions "DEDUCT YOUR PAYMENT OF $450 FOR YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT FOOT LOCKER GIFT CARD ASSIGNMENT" and then "Pick available demoninations from ($100, $200, and $500) and buy the FOOT LOCKER GIFT CARDS worth $1300.". Then there's nonsense "instructions" for a survey/study and then TEXT 828-316-1633 and email [email protected]

Received flat rate priority mail lg envelope with what appears to be a cashiers check made out to me in the amount of 1793.62 issued by First Bank Blue Earth Blue earth, MN. Cannot read signature. . . Looks like Bruce Foulle. Printed instruction sheet enclosed stating to text info to 828 316 1633 - name, amount received, bank name on check, your phone number and to deposit check. You are then instructed to purchase various foot locker gift cards and then send the info on the card. You are to keep 450 for commission for completing this.
