This communication is being sent on behalf of International Workplace Group, PLC and Regus Management Group, LLC (“IWG”) concerning the outstanding balance owed on your account. You were recently contacted by IWG regarding this balance to work with you towards a resolution, however, at the time of this letter, the outstanding balance remains unresolved. Please find your account details below.
We wish to work with you to resolve this balance and avoid further escalation, however, if payment of this outstanding balance is not received or you do not contact us within five (5) days of the date of this letter to make payment in full, we will be forced to pursue further action to recover all sums due, including, but not limited to, initiating arbitration proceedings and/or filing a lawsuit seeking recovery of the outstanding balance and all attorneys’ fees incurred in this matter.
