I ordered hats online via mynoogin.com - now 2 months later I've yet to receive them and they are giving me the runaround in terms of refunding my money. I realize it may be a loss but want to pass this along to warn others. The correspondence from their contact is placating and a runaround:

"Could you please check your mailbox?" "Did you inquire with neighbors or family members to see if they might have collected the package on your behalf for safekeeping?"

"If you have security cameras, reviewing the footage might help confirm the delivery!"

I'm going to contact my bank tomorrow, but am hopeful this dissuades them in the future

Purchased 2 hats online for 35 dollars and never received product.

Contacted business and was referred to an online tracking company that states order printed approx a month ago.

Sent second email and was blocked
