I paid $2.99 to mylife.com to "clean up" and "delete" the personal information they had stored on me - everything from my 10 years of addresses, to neighbors, to family members, to work history - EVERYTHING! They had a huge amount of false information on me. I tried to clean up my record and did not agree or sign up for any kind of membership. Next thing I know, a couple days later, even though they had not done a thing to clean up the information they had on me, they tried to charge my debit card that I used to pay the $2.99 for a membership in the amount of $29.99 not only once, but twice!! I stopped the payments and reported fraud on my debit card. When I emailed them, they said that they had no record of me having a membership. That is the whole point...they tried to charge me twice for a membership that I neither asked for nor authorized. They need to be stopped!

I started a 3-day free trial on 2/29/25 and did one search for $1.00. They automatically charged me $59.95! On 2/21/25 they charged me another $29.95! I emailed them on 2/21/25 requesting they cancel my 3-day “Free Trial” and refund my money. They responded stating that they updated my account to stop the auto-renewal feature. They also said my subscription will remain active until the current period ends, but will not renew automatically. They said nothing about the refund! I responded on 2/21/25 and demanded my full refund with no reply.
