They say they are an internet boosting company. They charge for their routers and state it can only be used with their routers. Cheapest is 199.99. Then you purchase the blue plan which initially is 115 and 80 per month thereafter. I never received a router from or surface. Absolutely no contact information. Customer service is obsolete.
