‘Saks fifth Avenue’ web address Tory B purse. Took long time to receive and No receipt no name on return shipping label. Felt the scam!

It caught my attention because it said it was one of Oprah Winfrey's choices. I ordered but knew something was wrong when it took so long to receive. Later I realized it was coming from China. I knew then I was scammed. Tried calling and emailing but only received an automated message (where I left several messages) and this response via email:
