This website is a scam. I placed my order on December 4th and only received a tracking update on January 12th… over a month later. The package showed that it originated in Shanghai and then on 1/17 showed it arrived in Los Angeles. During all of this time, I followed up with the company via email multiple times and all they tell me is that will reach out to the Logistics Team for an update and would never hear back after that. The last update I had was on January 26th showing the package was in Dallas but nothing else since and it’s now February 18th. I followed up again with the company to issue me a refund and they just disregard it and tell me that they will contact the Logistics Team. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank. This website needs to be shut down immediately!

Placed my order then kept getting emails saying sorry for the delay. When I got a shipping notice the tracking number didn’t exist when I went to usps to track. Gave over a month to receive product and still nothing.
