I wanted to obtain a new passport for a trip to Europe. I googled "how do I obtain a passport?" and I clicked on the first website that came up. Unfortunately, it was a .com website, not a .gov website. I did not realize that and I filled out all the information and uploaded my photo. I received an invoice for $148.00. I charged that to my AMEX credit card. After the scammers received my payment, I was never able to get back on their website. I tried over and over. I called the fake customer service number to no avail. I sent an email to their fake email address to no avail. They kept "telling" me that my account did not exist; that my email was incorrect, my billing invoice number was incorrect and my phone number was incorrect.

Daughter used My Passport Hub to renew her passport. It was a scam website.

My wife was downloading passport form. This site pops up at top of list. Looks like a government site. They kept trying to charge $160. It would select all the options everytime. Eventually she got it down to $89 of a non existent service that lets you download a form you filled out. It wouldn’t even let her download the form. And now that scam company has all her info. Someone should stop this.

The website came up as a promoted result on Google when searching 'Renew passport online' Presents as an official website and does not offer the services it says it will.

Renewing passport and was sent to this site. Filled out all the required documents to receive my new passport and then got an e-mail from this company with what was supposed to submit my form telling me to print off the DS-11 form and mail it in with application fees!

They took my money and private information for doing nothing! My private information was at risk as well as my financial information.Total scam!!
