I order fox racing apparel in dec and i have made numerous attempts to reach them and it still says processing

Purchased online on 12/9/2022. Emailed once on 12/19/2022 about a tracking number. They responded that the order was completed and sent out to shipping and they were waiting for the tracking number. It's been two months since my purchase and still have not received my order. I have emailed the support email 3 times over the last month with no response. I have also completed the contact us form online and also reached out via Facebook support they provided and still nothing. Also their phone number is fake. I just wanted to purchase something special for my 5 year old son.

Purchased 2 sweatshirts in December 2022. Have yet to receive either item. Have attempted to contact the company 6 times & can’t get in touch w anyone. Their Facebook support doesn’t respond & they don’t answer emails. Somehow Facebook continues to run ads promoting this scam

I bought a hoodie from this site which I thought was legitimate, I thought a was buying a product which was real, I received the product and it was nothing like the description picture on the site. I’ll attach photos to show the difference.
