At the actual time of the first meeting; they did not appear at the scheduled time and I sent 3 separate messages to contact them about moving forward and they replied more than one hour after the session had begun. I asked them to please explain which part of their services that I received if they were not present for the first of four meetings which I had already paid for in advance. Instead of providing a refund, they automatically added an additional session without my approval as an alternative to a refund.
I requested and communicated about receiving my refund back of $240; for services I paid for in advance but did not receive as they did not have any visible information of their refund policy for their business.
