Placed a clothing order and received it MONTHS after placing my order after saying their product are made within the states. According to the return policy I’m allowed to return the item within 14 days of RECEIVING said item. They tried to avoid giving me a refund as time was running out. Once I created a chargeback they threatened me with legal action to reverse it. All of this happened with the 14 day return policy, and I addressed that I will cancel the chargeback in order to get my refund. My request was ignored. They try to wait out the return policy, and scare their customer by threatening them with legal matters. They contact you faster when it comes to their money but not when you actually need assistance. They have been getting bad reviews across multiple platforms.
