"Mr. Miller", said to have me call this phone number (877)230-4643 with case number #1305466.
I had called that number. The lady who answered the telephone read out my FULL social security number. She knew my age and wanted me to confirm my birthdate then personal questions. I asked the lady the name of the company she works for. All I could hear was , United (something?,)
She told me I will be served papers. But, would not tell me who it is from? Unless I answered her questions for "verification".
I let her know what Mr. Miller is doing, "calling & harassing my former workplace" is against the law and I have a lawyer if they have any questions, They will need to speak with my attorney. I was straight forward but not rude. The lady quickly responded saying, "You don't know who you are speaking to and that she could no longer help me and that I will be calling her back to apologize. ... I did nothing wrong! Therefore, there will be no apology on my behalf!
