Mr. Matos never did the work. At first he said he was sick and was hospitalized. Then, after repeatedly contacting him and not hearing back my wife received a text from his son saying he was in a car accident and was in the hospital. That was a lie. We reached him that evening at his contact number and told him we wanted our deposit of $1500 returned. He said he'd return the money but he never did. We are concerned that we are not the first or the last people he's pulled this scam on.
