This is a company that presented itself as a knock off of **** Bryant. I purchased approximately $45 worth of clothing and expected it to take some time to arrive since it was being sent from China. (According to the information I believed it to be China but I have not proof that is where the company is actually located.). After some time, my tracking finally said it had been delivered. It had not. I contacted customer service and was told that their logistics company said they delivered and had a signed receipt. The company admitted that the shipper obviously made an error in the delivery but refused to file a claim due to “having a signature”. They company said that, since they were also out money for product and shipping, they could offer me a 30% refund. I declined. They increased the amount to 50%. I declined and said that I expected a 100% refund as my contract was w the company. Who they choose for shipping is not my concern and I should not be responsible for that error. They came back offering to resend the order for an additional shipping charge. Again, I declined. The final offer I have received is for 65% of my total spent. I have, again, declined their offer.

It was a sale offer on Facebook, and the link took me to a site similar to the original site. I bought some products for the amount of $40, but never received my order.
