I ordered a poster from the online website, but never received a receipt although charged on April 21, 2025. Also never received item. I tried contacting them through email with no reply. Also, tried calling the number on website, but number is not active. The credit charge shows it is from France, but physical address according to website is: 280 Robin Hood Rd NE, Atlanta GA 30309. I did find a Canada number in FAQs (416-391-0133) that did work, but is from a different company, Movie Posters. I talked to the reps at Movie Posters and they informed me that they are not affiliated with MoviePrintz. I've order posters from Movie Posters before, and they are a legit company. It appears MoviePrintz copied Movie Posters website to scam people.
