I my self had contact with Mr Nelson same mt dew vehicle wrap same 600 to 700 a week for Mt advertising.i received the check and letter in the mail today and I'm suppose to deposit into my acc in the morning instead I AM going to the state police and the fbi and my lawyer and I'm sueing for damages and fraudulent activity

I received a call from someone named Nelson Johnson said he was affiliated with mountain dew I gave him my wife's name address phone number all her information he sent a cashier's check the bank said it was fraudulent now I want to know where I go from here to continue with this complaint my name is Kevin Boright my phone number is 313-570-4524 I would like to hear from somebody as soon as possible because I will turn this information and the check over to the state police and the attorney general's office and let them continue following up on it

On April 11, 2021, I was contacted by someone claiming to be Nelson Johnson from Mountain Dew finance department. He asked for my address, pictures of my license front and back. The scammer was promising $600/week if I wrapped my vehicle in Mountain Dew advertising for 6 weeks. I kept asking for the company website, phone number, etc. so I could check it out. He never provided anything I asked for. Beware! This person will steal your identity!
