Received a final notice in the mail that look like it came from our old mortgage lender. But our house is paid off so I was suspicious. There’s a fake check at the bottom for $199 and words like immediate response to this notice requested and final attempt to notify you. Phone numbers were 1800-260-1594 and 1866-482-0923.

Post card stating "IMPORTANT NOTICE: RESPONSE NEEDED

This notice is regarding your mortgage with (bank name). We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 844-440-4978 as soon as possible

It looks like a scam to me so I did not call.
