I found a dress I wanted for an event coming up. A few hours later after making the purchase, I saw that the purchases had not been processed so, I canceled it.

I contacted the "customer support" and was told I could give it to a friend when I arrives, as well as it wouldn't be worth the cost of shipping for a refund. I NEVER agreed to the responses from the emails, and they shipped the dress anyway.

When it arrived, there was not a return address, the dress was 100% not what I thought I ordered and was NOT at all identical to the product description, down to the fabric. I took pictures and screenshots of the dress, emails, shipping information as well as confirmation and compared it to their policy. I had every right to receive a refund but was ignored.

I attempted to contact Mooyius through their " support@mooyius.com address again, and was ultimately blocked!

I called the out of country phone number but do not understand the language. I wrote a review explaining my disappointment in the company, in order to raise awareness to consumer plus, I half-expected a response/ or apology with compensation but, it was never published.

Reading the " About Us" section was so poorly put together, I should have figured it was a scam but, thought I was actually going to receive the beautiful dress as advertises and I paid for: that dress never arrived, but the dress they sent was a clear and concise Bootleg!

Google website. Ordered dress and received. No receipt or packing slip given. Emailed to return. First wanted receipt, which i explained i did not receive. Then they wanted a picture(?) Asked numerous times for return authorization, but they dragged out with canned responses. Only 14 day return window. No resolution.

Sent to credit card resolution center to attempt to get my money back.

Many other scam alerts found online since purchase.
