I did a web search for "Moore Theater Seattle Tickets" and the top result, which was no indicated as an advertisement or sponsored content was mooretheatherseattle.net. I clicked on it, found the tickets I want, made the purchase, all the while believing that this was the Theater's designated website. It used the venue address, and used the venue phone number. After my purchase was complete, I noticed that they did not send me the tickets. They "promise" to send the tickets 2-3 days before the event. I looked up online and realized this was not the actual venue. It is a company called Ticketsqueeze. When I complained to their customer service that I felt duped that they impersonated the venue they said there were disclaimers and I should have known, and I'm stuck with the terms. They will charge me and I will not be able to confirm receipt of the tickets until 2 days before the event. I asked multiple times for a refund for deceptive practices and they claim its none of their business and I'm stuck as is.
