The item I purchased not only was late, but it is also not a "JellyCat" brand plush as advertised. It arrived in a JellyCat bag, but the plush, itself, has no tags or branding on it, and is not of the quality of an original JellyCat plush. The real JellyCat bear also has a removable costume, and while this fraudulent one has the costume sewn on. The nose on the one I received is also off center and misshapen. This is unacceptable.

It was advertised as a JellyCat Amuseables brand, and I paid a significant amount of money for express shipping, as well. I was told upon request of a refund that they would ship the correct item to me. That was weeks ago, and still claim the order is processing, and have not yet addressed my actual request for returning the funds.
