Not as advertised

Sandals heavily advertised as orthopedic Clark’s. Finally arrived tightly bound in plastic & shipped in bag instead of a shoe box. NOWHERE on the shoe is the name Clark’s. In fact there is no writing at all; not even the size. No way are these shoes actual Clark’s.

Sandal Scam - Cost $54.00

I ordered (bought) what looked like beautiful, comfortable sandals. They arrived promptly, but are so cheap, uncomfortable, hard soled, and strongly smell of chemicals. I wouldn't be seen dead in them. Not what pictured.
And so much for: The website says 100% Simple & Risk-Free process replacement or refund. There is nothing “simple” or “risk-free” about this process. They make it impossible to return an item because:
1. Return shipping is exorbitant (to China)
2. They suggest it may get lost
3. They suggest there may be import fees
4. Initial shipping fees are not refundable.
5. They say return takes a long time .
If I had known it was coming from China I never would have ordered it in the first place!
I feel I have no alternative but to accept their 15% compensation agreement & keep this junk.
Beware of this scam.

Their add is deceiving. Selling a shoe with support and shock absorbing. What si receive is hard as a wooden shoe. They use the name Clarks in the add… same as the US company. Shoe was shipped from NY with a horrible chemical smell. The movie captures the site completely, my interaction with “customer service” and a picture of what I received.
