I was called and told I was going to be served for a debt I owed to Wells Fargo from a credit card account from 2008. The woman from the "Attorney's Office" said that I was going to be taken to court and that I was notified by mail of this debt the last 90 days with no responses from myself. She said they were going to put a lean on my car and building that I own. She stated that I could pay the $4,893.70 and settle without going to court. I contacted Wells Fargo and I have no such account.
