I purchased a legal iptv service from this company for 3 device's i have on 9/6/25 for the ammount of 109.99 thru PayPal to this email address [email protected] Immediately after i paid for this service i had constant pay back issues far as freezing during play back. To the point this service no longer work less then 24 hours after my purchase on Saturday 9/6/25
I contacted technical support on this website on whatsapp as that is the only form of contact for this company. My messages get ignored regarding my refund and my complaint regarding their service.
It clearly states on their website i'am allowed a full refund from the time I requested it on 9/7/25
I have screenshots of my conversations on whatsapp and i have screenshots about their refund policy
