Ordered a mother's day sweatshirt on May 8th with VIP status. Received email that order was confirmed and nothing more. Nothing that order was shipped. Paid for VIP 3 day shipping. Have emailed their support email twice. No response. There is no phone number on their site. They should be shut down.
