DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased the 3-in-1 charger but the airpod charger is not compatible with my airpods. The return policy states free returns within 30 days. I immediately contacted customer service to initiate a return, and the customer service rep is sneaky, deceitful, and not providing real answers. The customer service rep said they do not want me to return to the product and that someone will contact me about a refund. HUH? The customer service rep is saying someone ELSE will contact me? I have heard nothing. I am getting no response on their website customer service chat window, and I am nearing the 30 day window which they will certainly use against me when I reach it.
