Ad posted on Facebook under "MOCO Boutique" in the U.S., for jeans with discounted prices. I placed an online order and received an email confirmation that the order had been received. The next day I received a tracking number, and it stated the country of origin was China. I continued to watch the shipping progress, and it showed arriving at the airport, going through customs, arriving in Los Angeles, CA, leaving the processing center, and eventually being delivered to my city and zip code. I never received the package, and I work from home, so I know it was not stolen from my porch etc. I emailed the "support" contact and have not received a response. The whole process has taken about 7 weeks so far.

I have gone for two months chasing a purchase they claim to have sent. They respond with apologetic words and say they will resend package immediately. It was just reported delivered again by some fake tracking website and I have had enough!

I saw ad on Facebook for MOCO Boutique and Judy Blue jeans on sale. They used MOCO information, models, etc to make it look legit. I contacted MoCO and they are aware of the issue and apologized but said it wasn't their company.

I followed a sales ad on Facebook for Moco Boutique. The branding and the website matched the company name but when I received an order confirmation the company name was Westally.com. A few days later I received a tracking update email and saw that the goods were originating from China but according Moco Boutique is supposed to operate out of the USA. After 8 business days and no additional updates on tracking I reached out to Moco Boutique directly inquiring about my order and was told there was no order in their system that matched the # on my confirmation. I did a quick online search and found out that others have reported similar cases of fraud/impersonation in the same time frame from Westally.com. I've since disputed the charge on my card to try and recover the funds for the scam purchase.

Ordered Judy Blue jeans from Facebook ad. Received email from onlyress with tracking info twice and email correspondence. Kept telling me they were delivered. Promised to refund. Never did.
