My 88 year old father was approached after the scene of his car accident. He had called Auto Club for a tow when another tow driver approached. He stated he was from Allstate, my father's insurance company. He had a shirt as well identifying him as with the company. He instructed my father to cancel his tow from Auto Club. . The police officer was also at the scene. He towed my father's car and handed him an invoice. We later discovered that this man was NOT affiliated with the insurance. When we wanted to get the car out from this place, a woman named Bella said we would have to pay $2,345. She assured us not to worry-the car was safe inside their lot and locked up with cameras. However, Inside the car we had sensitive documents and after reading online about stealing from this company, we wanted our car back immediately. We paid the amount to get the car out. When arriving, our tow truck driver said the car was parked out on the street.
