two calls from supposed MLI. I asked where they are calling from and they said MLI is a company and that she is just a call center agent to leave me a message for my father and gave me his name. said an official complaint was filed against him and that after 2 failed attempts that the firm will continue without him and that he will have additional fees. She gave me the "call back" number of 844 437 8999. She called me from a 551 number and another person from a 201 number but when you call back the numbers don't exist. She gave me a suppose reference number. Told her who was making the official complaint she said she doesn't have that information and I told her well if it is an official complain then it would be served by the court not a phone call and she said well after 2 failed attempts they get contacted which is complete bull, courts don't work that way and then I cut her off and told her she's not making sense and she hung up on me like the first caller did. Don't fall for it

person leaves message saying she has received paper work on her desk and that there are plans to serve summons later on in the week. Calls to this number are immediately picked up by someone who tries to process payment.

A blocked number called me and informed me I was being served for a hearing about a lawsuit. The woman asked if I knew about the lawsuit and said if I didn't that I should call the plaintiff, and gave me the number. They claimed that I had a delinquent account and that I needed to be ready to travel to a previous living location to attend a court hearing for nearly triple the amount I owed in judgement. After some investigation, MLI is registered to no location, and the phone number always went to the same guy. They never answered when I called after hiding my number.
