They were quick to take my money November 6th 2021 I never received the product they send you a bogus tracking number by USPS then when you Call USPS the tracking number doesn't exist should have basically just taking your money and not sending us a product I was told I can get the product in 5 to 7 days it's already for the 28th I keep contacting them but they keep saying it was put in or outside of my mailbox which is not true when we get mail it goes either in the mailbox through the mailman or knock on the door letting us know we have a package. They stole my money. This is one of the reasons why I do not like to shop online.

These people took my 89.90 and when I received the merchandise these clothes are so thin you can read the Lord's last prayer through them and they are refusing to give me back any of my money! So whatever you do before you order from this company please read this report keep your money in your pocket go to DAV salvation army they close all a better material and cheaper this is a scam company

Hi my name is Vicki Hamilton and after reading all the reviews after I had paid for some items that I have never gotten yet and I paid for express and I still haven’t gotten it yet and I want a full refund and they’re trying not to give me my full refund back and I haven’t even received the item but I don’t want it anymore but I want my refund back and they are refusing to give me my refund of $94.98 And that’s all I want and I will never try to order from them again

I received my order different days. Every time i received something it either didn't fit or it didn't look anything like the picture on their site. I tried getting in contact with them to let them know that I was wanting to return the items that I purchased. But every time time it was some tip of excuse. And when i requested a refund for all the items I purchased they would reply with wanting to give me 10 percent of my money and didn't wanted to give me the address to where i needed to send all the stuff back. Because in their return policy it say they will need to give you the address to where all returns had to go. But the stupid reply i got from them was that to see if a friend of mine would want the stuff and sale it to them. Well i went back and forth with them and the last email i got from them was that they are willing to give 30 percent of my money. I told them that's not how it works and i wanted a full refund of 488.26. Well after that they have not reached out to settle. By then i figured i got scammed for my money. Now i dont know who can i report this issue to so i can get the money back to pay my credit card back.

Dispute the charge with your credit card. Send them screenshots of your email exchange with the company if you have any. Explain that the items you received were not as pictured. Tell them you’ve already contacted the company, but they refuse to give a return address.

We are all in the same sinking boat with MISSINSTYLE. I tell you one thing for sure...the name of the company should have been a hint and red flag for me. MISSINPRODUCT. I should have learned my lesson from the fake playstation store purchase I made a few weeks before this one. I ordered a playstation 4 from a site called Wydelegjeans, however the logo on the top of the website said Playstation. I tried canceling that order and it did not cancel. I contacted my bank and they issued me a refund and is investigating. My payment with through PayPal. I did look at reviews before that purchase and could find no information on that company and no negative reviews with the Better Bussiness Bureau, so I assumed I was ok. I say fool me once can't be fooled again. However, here I am. I saw MISSINSTYLE on fb and wanted to Tyedye short so bad. I was hesitant to order more than 1 item as I still was weary from my first incident with the fake playstation store. I looked at the testimonies on fb comments to see what others experienced before making the purchase. The reviews were mixed and there were more positive than negative. Well, I ordered the Tyedye short set and here I am almost a month later with no product. I have a tracking number from USPS and this package has not even made it to USPS either. The package shows it is somewhere in limbo. I feel embarrassed and like a fool because I should have learned my lesson a few weeks ago. It's really sad that first I don't even like to order online to avoid things like this. The pandemic has everything upside down and scammers are even more crafty then they have been. Only thing I am happy for is I used sense this time and only ordered 1 item just in case I had the same experience that I had a few weeks ago. Thank you MISSINSTYLE for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

I ordered something and paid expedited shipping. It took 3 weeks to send and I asked them for a refund since I would not receive what I ordered within the time frame that I needed it. They sent the order anyway. It took weeks to come and I asked how do I return and they refuse to give me information on returning. And when I told them to stop contacting me unless it was to give me the information that I requested, they asked me would I pay shipping to send it back. I will never order anything again and I will list them as spam on any advertisement that comes across any of my feeds.

I ordered from missinstyle on June 22 and have not received my $107.00 merchandise yet, I also sent an email asking where is my merchandise, they sent me a tracking # after a week later and said it is in transit USPS is waiting for it. Missinstyle was quick taking my money but there delivery service sucks. I recommend to everyone do not order from this site they are a fraudulent company. SMDH.

I placed an order july 2 2020. They sent a tracking number. But its invalid i was really hoping this was legit they had cute stuff. my order was 107$ so i guess ill just take the loss. i wish I knew then what i know now

This is the worst company, don’t buy anything from them the clothes are poorly made, the size don’t fix and they are telling you returns are expensive and only refund $8 from $80 please don’t get scam by them. I order a large dress and can fix 6 person in it.

They don't even deserve 1star! Ughhhhh if they were a better customer based company they probably would get more business! Total scam! Yes I got my product (clothing) I contacted customer service and when they finally responded back to me I was told I needed to close my claim case. So I did and provided customer support with screenshots and have emailed several times but haven't heard from them since. I believe they tricked me into closing my case through PayPal so they could avoid refunding my money back to me. The clothing sizes are way off from the measurements provided. The material isn't the same as listed on the website. I'll continue to write reviews and post on social media until I receive my refund.

I can tell you right now, I ordered at the end of April and I just received my package on Wednesday. The clothes are cheap AF and they’re all China sizes so nothing fits. The clothes are incredibly poorly made.

Fraud, scam, you will never receive your merchandise and your credit card will be compromised. I got called from the fraud department for my CC and was told, right after I made the purchase my card kept getting hit with random charges. I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM'S AND NO ONE WILL RESPOND!

I ordered a dress from missinstyle May 21, 2020. I have not received it yet. Iam pissed off to day the least. And, will be contacting my bank. I sent emails. And, was provided a ups tracking number ups said, they do not have my address yet from.the company. Lesson learned look up customer reviews first.
