Online Retailer Scam

I purchased a beautiful Navy Blue Mermaid v-neck sleeves sweep train sequinned mother of the bride dress on 1/8/25. The dress received was a disappointment. There were 3 different shades of blue, the sleeves were extremely sheer, sequined sleeve cuffs one bigger than the other and the dress looked cheap. Their resolution was to give me a $40 coupon code to apply to future purchases or keep the item and they would give me a $27 refund. I chose not to spend another dime on sending the horrible dress back to them. I will be trashing it. I just don't want anyone else to lose like I did.

I place an order from this company's website on 10/22/2023 at 7:56pm and on 10/23/2022 at 2:31pm I request to cancel the order and according to the website you can cancel within 24 and get a full refund. The company responded to my email on October 23,2023 at 9:34pm stating the dress was being manufactured by the tailor and if I cancelled they will deduct 20% and refer to there refund policy but not confirmation that the order was cancelled. I sent them an email back asking for a cancellation confirmation email and they stated the dress had already been ship but did not provide any type of tracking information. Advise me to contact them when I receive the package and if its an issue they will try to help solve.
