I booked a vacation package through Booksi.com on Facebook with the promise of a $300.00 attraction ticket credit after booking. I have called customer service to get this resolved, however, they have no control or resolutions available. I have emailed their [email protected] and used their chats to resolve this issue with no result, just running around in circles. I have screenshots of the promised and the replies to my concerns.
