We saved a business card that was handed to us quite a few months before responding to it. When we called the number on the card, Justin Williams (owner) responded and set up a date to evaluate our trees. We were impressed by what he had to say, and agreed to his company doing the services. He said in order to get on his schedule, we had to put 10% of the total down, which we did. As he was writing up the order he explained that by paying cash, we could save $119 (the amount of tax that would be charged). We wrote a check for 10%. A few days later, we began questioning our decision for a number of reasons, and called Justin to let him know we wanted to cancel. He said he'd refund us the money.
