seen advertisement on Facebook about closing store. liked some sweaters. website stated ships from Washington. so I ordered 3 pieces because I live in Washington state too. after week passed and no package received, I contacted seller and was given tracking #. When I checked, it was coming from China. I was frustrated and mad because I knew right away it will be bad. I would never order clothes from China. Finally, when package came and I opened it, I was crying because sweaters did not look like on a picture from website. very poor quality. even for free I would not wear them. when contacted seller for return/refund, they started to offer me partial refund (from 10 to 20 %) and shipping on me; also mentioned that there is no guarantee what will happen at custom. opened claim through PayPal. not sure if can get my money back.

Ordered a long coat that was supposed to be high quality knit wool and ship from the U.S. (Washington State) as stated on their product on website. Cheaply made polyester short jacket with knit print on the thin fabric came. Supposedly full refunds, however, they wanted me to pay to return it to China at almost the price for the item originally. Customer service tried to give me 10% discount instead of refund. While business has many false claims and appears to be a scam on Americans.
