I was contacted by a Microsoft Technician via a PNC Bank SCAM/FRAUD in the amount of $900,000 stolen from my PNC Checking and Savings accounts. The FBI, Dept. of Homeland Security, Dept. of Justice and other federal offices including the White House have been contacted about the PNC Bank SCAM/FRAUD.

This was a scam that came across my computer screen. It was a pop up that said your computer has been infected and this voice came on that said to call this number 1-805-424-3627 to remove the virus. My computer was frozen. I could not X out of the screen at all. I was freaked out and called the number on the screen. I spoke to a person that said they could help me. I called and a person identified himself as Dennis Ray said he was from Microsoft and gave me case #110526. I let this person log into my computer and he removed the voice on the screen that kept stating over and over "You will need to call the number on this screen to have the virus removed".
He then showed a scan run on my screen that ended saying that there was danger my Banking information was compromised. He had me check my bank to determine if there was any recent activity. I became suspicious and hung up. I received another call from another accented person, probably from India that said they were from my bank and had received a call from Microsoft to help me. I hung up on them

There was a pop up on my computer stating that my was computer was being attacked and I need to call them within 5 minutes. So called them think I was calling Microsoft. But after speaking with them and giving the a lot of information I realized something wasn't right. They wanted $500. I finally shut my computer off and called my credit card company to cancel the card.

Received a call from 800 Service, 1-800-619-0791 at 4:25 PM, August 23, 2017. Was informed it was an emergency call about my

Microsoft Software. I hung up immediately. This is not the first time I have received this call. My husband and I both have received

this call in the past.

My computer had a pop up that covered the entire screen. There was a loud message saying that I had better not turn my computer off. It was saying this over and over. It was saying that My computer had been taken over. I suppose now that they were going to charge a fee to fix it. It was supposed to be Microsoft. They even had their emblem. I called the number that they gave me and then hung up because I was skeptical. They called me back over 5 times. I did not pick up the phone . I called Mcaffee to help me. The number that the scammers gave me to call was 844-311-9589 and the number that they called me back on was 844-562-9666. My computer is okay. I want others to be warned. Thanks.

i'm filing a computer scam complaint against this claiming to be microsoft windows technical support telemarketing company and so this needs to be investigated because their not microsoft and microsoft never calls me and so i want my phone number removed off of this guys calling list because he called me on 2/8/17 at 3:40pm and he called me again on 2/9/17 at 3:47pm and he called me again on 2/10/17 at 11:05am this morning and he called again at 11:06am this morning and he keeps giving me the wrong name and his name is actually "peter F.". and so this needs to be investigated because he is not a microsoft windows technical support representative he is a cyber criminal and he is a cyber stalker and he is a computer scammer and he doesn't know nothing about computer windows and he doesn't know nothing about computer viruses and so i don't know where he got my phone number without my permission because he is not a microsoft windows technical support representative and he is trying his best to know about what has happen because their was a misunderstanding and it was a person and so he doesn't need to know and that's none of his business to know about what has happen with me and this person and so this needs to be investigated because i have been knowing it's a computer scam and a fraud that their doing and so this needs to be investigated because it's too personal and i don't want him to know about what happen and i never contacted him he contacted me without my permission and when he calls i always hang up because he wants to know what happen with me and this person who did the same thing and so that's none of his business and that's none of his concerns to know about what happen to the computer windows and so i want my phone number removed off of his calling list because i don't wanna talk about what happen and it's too personal and that's none of his business and that's none of his concerns and so this needs to be investigated because it's none of his business and he doesn't need to know.

don't call people and ask them about what happen and don't try to take this personally because people don't want you to know about what has happen and they don't want you into their business and they want you not to be so concerned about computer windows and computer viruses because there's you can do about it and if you keep calling and wanting to know about what happen they are gonna hang up in your face because they don't want you to know about what has happened.and don't call them again.

i have looked it onthe internet to see what this guy's actual name and his real name is "peter F". and i looked it up in spokeo and the white pages and been verified and so that's how i found out but it's still none of his business and i have reported him to the to the FBI internet crime complaint website and i have reported him 4 times because he kept making me very upset and he had no rights to know about what happen with me and this person and i have reported him to the FTC 4 times because nobody calls me from microsoft and so i hope this gets investigated because this guy has no rights to know about what happen and that's illegal and that's against the law and so he phone number is blocked because he has no rights and it's none of his business to know about what happen and that's still none of his concerns still and he doesn't need to know and so i hope this gets investigated because i reported him 4 times to the FBI internet crime complaint website and also the microsoft report a tech scam page and they have updated it where they need more information about how these fake microsoft windows technical support telemarketing company calls people and so i did that there i reported him 4 times and so both of them are investigating too about why is this guy with an foreign accent had called me 4 times just to know about what happen and so i hope this helps so yall can investigate.

Microsoft called and told me I problem with my computer. They said I called them, once I told them I didn't have a computer...they hung up.

Two different people from the number 1-855-354-1050 have been calling me about trying to fix my computer. They said that they work for Microsoft Windows and that my computer needs to be fixed.

Caller said he was to help me with my computer. It had to do with Microsoft. I told him to take my number off the calling list. I did not have a computer. It was a man with a foreign accent. (I do have a computer). Then I hung up. There was no number just said private number.

Call from person claiming to work for Microsoft. That they were seeing errors from my computer. When asked what the IP address was, he gave me a fake number, when pressed, he then gave me a "private ip address range". None of which match my internal network.

When I pointed out that I was a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer they started asking who I worked for, did I know who owned Microsoft, etc. I eventually hung up.

I was called on yesterday and this afternoon from them saying that they were from Microsoft technical support for computer service. On yesterday they told me that they owed me $250.00 since my computer wasn't compatible for the service and wanted to know if I had a debit card, credit card or bank card to return this money to me. They also wanted to know my routing/account number but I refused. They then proceeded to ask me if I had a Western Union account and if so they would deposit the money into my account but I had to have $500.00 in my account to receive it. After hearing this I hung up and immediately called my computer's service support and asked them if they were doing updates for the software on my computer and they said no. I called my bank and closed my account and opened another one with the issuance of a new card and told them what happened. I'm tired of them calling and have put their number on the do not call list but they keep changing numbers and continuously calling. This is pure harassment and I don't want anyone else to endure this and loose their life savings. Thank you for helping with this problem.
