Company is using false advertising to sell things and sending items different than what was ordered. They are stealing pictures from Etsy sellers, using them as their own, then sending items drastically different than what was described. Items took almost 3 months to arrive and there are several different shipping labels on my package, each covering up the prior label. I have contacted the company for a refund and they will only offer an $8 refund when the total is $42.51. It is evident that this scam is happening to countless people, because when I search the company name, several complaints come up from other people this has happened to. It appears by these complaints that you have been reported this information before.
