They've been calling us since February 2025 (this is now May). The person calling is very brazen and persistent. Saying that we are OWED money on our account, posing as our merch. services. However, interestingly enough, we have JUST switched our Merch. Svcs account in April to a totally different account altogether. He is saying we are owed even up to now? His story isn't matching up every single time he calls, some key detail is off. It's the SAME guy - Wilson.

Someone called our business number to tell us that our merchant fees have increased from Oct. 2022 and they want us to send over our merchant statement for them to look over so they can see why our merchant rates were increased and figure out how to reduce them. She wanted to wait on the phone with me while I emailed that to her but I told her I couldn't do it in that moment and got her information. I called our merchant service provider and they said it for sure was not them and it was a scam and so I wanted to report this.
