A suit was ordered it came in the wrong size. I continuously asked for help with returning it and getting a refund the dodge my questions and asking if i want to get another size then they wouldnt reply for a couple days then when they did i would say the same thing finally after almost 2 weeks of going back and forth they offered 30.00 and for us to keep the suit. I replied no thank u and asked for my money back. Then apon reading the reciews found out they do this to everyone. Exact same thing im going thru including offering the 30.00.. they are scammers and need to be caught and brought to justice. They only communicate theu email. At there convenience.

Avoid this company at all cost. The company is a complete scam. I ordered a dinner jacket on Feb. 5th, and received the jacket on Feb. 11th. The jacket was not even close to what i ordered. I contacted them thru email for a refund, but yet to receive anything. Also, the bow tie combination I ordered never was received. I received an email that I would get a refund especially after I had paid $23.12 to return it. I had to contact my bank for investigation. Avoid this company plus if you have ordered from this website before please have your bank send you a new debit card. One more thing their phone line is always down. It will leave you a message pertaining to Covid and all their employees are working remotely. If I could of given zero stars I would have.

The scammer did not initial provide a confirmation. I had to request it. I received the item in a timely manner, but they sent the wrong size. It was also clear that the blazer I ordered was a replica of the one on the website. The inside lining was different. I immediately notified the company about the sizing. They asked if I wanted to exchange it, and I said yes. They told me to mail it back and include a check for $25 to exchange it. I told them I should not have to pay for their error. I then asked to return it for a full refund. They kept offering to discount the item if kept it. I kept refusing and asking for a full refund. The company is purposely sending out the wrong product and keeping the money. Also the number on their website directs you to email them. You can never speak to a person.

Took my order for clothes and didn't send all of my items. Talk to them for over a month via phone a few times and fifteen plus emails. There direct number no one ever answers it. A month in a half later I'm duped out of $2000 and no clothes that I paid for.
