Possibly a scam as no one answers customer service

I signed up for Mensgroup and paid the $29 fee. However, my username and password were not confirmed, I emailed them 4 times to get access. It is now over 48 hours and no confirmation of my issues. I have even asked to cancel the account and no confirmation. This might be a scam so beware. I am cancelling the fee with my credit card company now. These guys have really poor customer service.

This business has no official address. They do not have a way to contact them other than sending them email messages which they do not seem to read nor do they respond to. They target men who are going through a difficult time in their lives and offer personalized support. This support was not offered. Although they do offer discussion groups which are led by amateurs, the promised personalized support is not really available. They sent me a number of messages asking me to talk about myself. They only sent me messages that were prepared for anyone reaching them. Although I wrote to them on a number of occasions saying I was not satisfied, no one ever responded to those messages. I wanted to cancel my subscription but they do not offer an easy way to cancel. All they say is 'write to us', but they don't respond.
