These legal proceedings were issued on your Docket Number-NG106853/H8 with one of Cash Advance Inc.'s companies to notify you that after making calls to you on your phone we were no able to reach you by phone so we are sending you a final email to you so we have no other option left to take court action against you.
We still have not received any payment or answer from your side, therefore we regret to inform you that if we do not obtain the payment of $993 in full before today (Deadline), We will have no other alternatives but to undertake court action against you to retrieve the debt amount.
