Progressive Legal Group at progressivelg.com this website shows as having been indexed by Google in September of 2023. Not 4 months before I received a “second notice” (never got a first) giving me 12 days to make payment on a “debt collection” before threatening to file a civil complaint, garnish my wages, and/or place a lien on my property, all that jazz. The return address is 2304 W. Hefner Rd #21480 Oklahoma City, Ok 73120. Their website is their only online presence. They appear to have also stolen the name from a lesser known Law office specializing in mortgage aid or some such. Based out of Philadelphia. That group has only a slightly larger online presence, with a linked in account and a Facebook page with almost no activity or followers. I have no debts on file with the business they claim to be collecting for. If you follow the link to their pay page it takes you to a “northwestbilling.com” which also feels very sketchy so I didn’t dig any deeper there. It seemed odd to me that a business on the east coast is using a northwestern region collection account. Maybe that’s just me. They give a phone number as well 800-391-7635. If you or someone you know is contacted by this group. It’s a scam, DO NOT give them any money. Finally, they had my name, last 4 of my social, my home address and my PO Box. I know this because I got two nearly identical letters at both 3 days apart. The only difference was one listed the county in which the want to file suit, the other just said US District Court. Scary stuff. Looking deeper into likely identity theft.

I looked up company on line. There is a page for them. I called the number on the webpage and they wanted mr to buy a medial alert necklance. I said no and they hung up on me. That number was 18009317635.

So I called the number on the paper that was sent to me. They said Thnk you for clling and gave me options to click 1 and so on. I clicked on they told me to leave my name and number and they would call me back so I hung up. this number was 1800-391-7635. So now I am reporting to you.
