I receive a phone call asking for my husband and I say he’s not here can I help you with something, guy then says he can’t discuss business matters with me. I proceed to tell him that I am his wife. Then he starts telling me that my husband whom I married in 2017 had taken a loan out in 8/22/2012 and used his checking account for automated payments and they were returned and because the amount was over $500 it was a felony and they were taking a warrant for his arrest. They gave me the last 4 of my husbands SSN and his current bank account number. I call my husband to return there call (who’s is 877-241-9353 ext. 1012 and ask for David Robinson) and he he tells me he never had a loan like that. He calls the bank and they can’t find anything to the company name they provided he took the loan from (Wed Loan and I had him spell it for me) so I call the number back and get his voicemail and he returns my call and I act like I’m writing down everything and very concerned and he’s so nice, then I tell him that it’s a funny thing my bank can’t find any records of payments being made.then he gets very rude and hateful telling me he can’t make me pay and I said your exactly right I’m not paying a penny. He then hangs up on me. He calls me right back and says our call was being recorded and I gave him some choice words and he said it’s a funny thing to me no other bank can go back 9 years and look up info like that and I told him mine did. He got mad and screamed at me and said tell your husband to kiss his drivers license goodbye because we will arrest him today and he won’t be driving a truck anymore!
