They took money out of my account then refuse to give me my winnings after I hit on their game they're trying to tell me I'm not in the state because my ID says I'm from Alabama but I have paperwork and locations that I have shared that states that I am Florida but they don't want to give me my winnings or let me play anymore they have locked my account

I went on Mcluck social casino I made a deposit for 50.00 then I I won 300.00 I made a redemption attempt on 11/22/24 I have made several emails attempts and live chat attempts and just keep being told they are busy I but there supposed redemption says if you do the the redemption through your bank it will be 3-5 instant bank transfer but now 7 days later I still have not received my 300 and they have my bank account info
