I purchased a product as a trial subscription then noticed after a month of using this product it was making my skin break out and then unfortunately I never remembered to unsubscribe. Subsequently I was charged two times for this product once for 88.44 and again for 90.64 only one of them I got a 30 percent refund . I spoke to the customer service rep who stated he could help me by giving me the product a 75 percent off my purchase price I said no and asked for a supervisor.
