Mattress firm sold me a mattress that was really bad quality. I tried to return it, but did not inform me that I had to pay $249 for exchange. When I received the mattress day one it was already sinking. How can they sell me a really low quality mattress. I was very disappointed because I trusted this company their advertising is deceiving. I tried going in store for a solution and the seller could not do anything. I tried calling corporate and nothing. I also wanted to say that my back has been hurting for about a month and a half since I purchased it. It is insane how I cannot no longer sleep, and I spent so much money on it. I am very disappointed.
