I purchased bed linens and a duvet cover from Matteo located in Los Angeles from their website (https://matteola.com/) on December 18, 2022. I received an order a confirmation email from the company on December 18th, but I still not have received the items I purchased. My credit card was charged $915.97 on 12/18. I have tried contacting the company numerous times via email, via their online chat function, phone, and through their social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). They have not responded to my inquiries. I would like the items that I order or I want to cancel the order and receive a refund.
