Milton Ordonez Castellon did the same with me. Took my money about $3500.00 (by cash and card) and ran away. He gave me his MD Driver License copy and now not answering. He is used the following number (443) 712-4121 to comunicate. He need to install pavers in my front porch and also finish a room in the basement. He cleaned the area for the pavers and sent two guys to work in the basement without material. I paid by card for some material so they started basement work. After two days no material and no person came to work.

He bought materials two times, like not more than $100, and asked for the money. I kept him paying honestly as he said he will take off from the total payment of $6000 including material.

He came to my house first in Chevy black mid size SUV with his small daughter (like few months old), later he came twice in a new Toyota Sienna (White in color) and once in Honda Accord (White). Let me know if you anyone of you interested in hiring an attorney together.

Melton is a professional con artist , he will take any job with fake address , fake company name and different phone numbers, will take the deposit and will hire a sub contractor and will disappeared without paying the poor sub contractor, He signed a contract to fix my roof, took the money and now I cant find him. I am hiring an attorney to find him, take him to the court and recover whatever I can.

Same instance. Showed up to complete concrete. Negotiated contract. Took initial deposit, started work, never came back. He has done this multiple times to 4 different people that I know of. Gives fake license with a copy of his MD drivers license. Has address in Edgewater, Annapolis and Baltimore.

Took 3000 downpayment dug my yard up and left and kept putting off job due to the rain, after two weeks he never answered the phone again.
