I was approached for a job and I accepted because upon my research it seemed legit then they asked to buy blank checks so I did and sent them the receipt they then issued me a 1950 check and said to cash it and send the proof that to me seemed a little off so I took it to the bank to have them analyze it and said this is not the account associated with the company and this is a means of a money laundering scam I just wanted to inform y’all because with the economy many people are desperate for jobs and this can really impact someone’s life if they went through with this and was flagged fraud
