This agency suppose to offer grants to first time homebuyers who purchase a inner city home that needs repairs.But they offer 5grand for closing and they use they own employees &unqualified random addicts to do repairs who dont have official contracter license.or buisness.they dont have website or contact info but a phone #.the only way to find the contractor is under contractor scam sight.they only do partial work and marketview never does inspection of work and your stuck with damages and if you sell the home they want 40 grand back but they not doing 40 grand in work.and they want you to stay 10 yrs.they work with owner and bank to set you up to buy the house and they trap you with costs
