A friend contacted me on Facebook, under RickyMarlene Tutcho and told me about this Better Community Development Program, that she received 150,000 for paying 1000 dollars canadian, we are friends so it looked ligetimate. I contacted Mark through messenger how it all works, and he assured me the money was available to Canadian and 3 other countries including USA. So I etranfered 2000 to him, but the money ended up in Bank Montreal in Swift current Saskatchewan Canada. It was deemed suspicious so the money went on hold until April 9 2021. Then it's suppose to be returned to me, I said no to go any further with the money fraud I just want my money back. I called my bank and that bank but no one seems to want to do anything for me. Could you look into this and spread the word on this I did report to Facebook. If you need the whole conversation I can send that. Thanks
