After a few emails, I did finally get the address for the return and it is in China. Though the website did mention that the returnee payed the costs, I expected that to be in North America, at least. I'm now not even sure that the address in China is valid and that I will be out a further amount. To add to this, I am concerned that I used my credit card for this purchase and that they now have my information...
